This study is a conceptual replication of the study originally conducted on Casablanca (dir. Michael Curtiz, 1942) by Romero-Fresco (2016) and published as a full paper in Journal of Specialised Translation (JoSTrans) in January 2020 (Romero-Fresco, 2020). Our replication study is described in Flis, Sikorski, and Szarkowska (2020) in the same issue of JoSTrans.
