Aggregated data and reproducibility materials for Complementary Temporal Descriptors of Breast Cancer-Related Lymphedema

This repository contains aggregated analysis outputs and reproducibility materials supporting the manuscript “Complementary Temporal Descriptors of Breast Cancer-Related Lymphedema: Patient-Level Phenotypes and Daily Bioimpedance-Derived Dynamic States.” The deposit includes aggregate phenotype and dynamic-state distributions, switching metrics, phenotype–dynamic-state complementarity results, a DS0-excluded sensitivity analysis, an aggregated transition matrix, a synthetic example dataset, and a verification script. Patient-level longitudinal bioimpedance data are not included because public release is restricted by privacy and ethics requirements. The synthetic dataset is artificial and is not derived from study participants.
