Genome-wide heterozygosity analysis for persimmon (germplasm collections). Diospyros kaki strain:Germplasm collections

This study aimed to analyze an impact of genome-wide heterozygosity on inbreeding depression in persimmon. The objectives are the same as a bioproject PRJDB9117 and PSUB012183. We analyzed additional germplasm collections in this bioproject in order to obtain deeper insights for the analysis.
