This project aims to map the genome-wide chromatin occupancy of the transcription factors Gooseberry (Gsb) and Engrailed (En), and chromatin accessibility using Targeted DamID (TaDa) in Drosophila embryos. We profile their binding in whole embryos, in neuroblast-specific contexts, and under misexpression conditions to capture how altered spatial inputs influences chromatin landscapes. The resulting datasets provide a resource for understanding spatial patterning mechanisms and the regulation of neuroblast identity during embryogenesis.
