Data and scripts from: Integrating spatial and environmental stressors in a population model of <em>Folsomia candida</em> (Collembola: Isotomidae): A formal model within ALMaSS framework
收藏资源简介:
We have collected raw data of mortality, time to sexual maturity, fecundity, and time to stop reproduction of a widespread soil invertebrate (Folsomia candida) as a response to various temperatures from various publications and the processed raw data were used to parameterise the Lobry-Rosso-Flandrois model (Data_Temperature and R_script_Temperature). The same types of raw data were gathered for soil moisture, and the processed raw data were used to parameterise the three-phase model (Data_SoilMoisture and R_script_SoilMoisture). Additionally, Danish soil types represented in ALMaSS (the Animal, Landscape, and Man Simulation System) are characterised by sand, silt, clay, organic carbon content and bulk density (Data_DanishSoilTypeInput). These inputs are then fed into the pedotransfer function to obtain the corresponding soil water retention curve (SWRC) for each soil type (Data_DanishSoilTypeResult and R_script_SWRC). The source of raw data is noted in the data files, and the..., , # Data and scripts from: Integrating spatial and environmental stressors in a population model of *Folsomia candida* (Collembola: Isotomidae): A formal model within ALMaSS framework Dataset DOI: [10.5061/dryad.69p8cz9hk](https://doi.org/10.5061/dryad.69p8cz9hk) ## Description of the data and file structure This dataset contains the raw data, processed data, and R scripts used in the paper \" Integrating spatial and environmental stressors in a population model of *Folsomia candida* (Collembola: Isotomidae): a Formal Model within ALMaSS framework\". This README file was generated on 2025-01-10 by Liyan Xie. The dataset comprises two parts: data and R scripts. Most of the data are collected from published papers or requests to the data's author. Data is primarily used to parameterise the model formulation, either with raw data or a processed form (as described in the paper or in the Excel file, where the formulas are presented). NA in the cell indicates the data is not applicable. Dat..., ,
