Antitumor Effects of the Novel Docetaxel Derivative JJH201601 in Glioma: Targeting Ribosome Biogenesis and Enhancing Temozolomide Sensitivity

RNA sequencing This study's total RNA extraction, library building, and sequencing were outsourced to Novogene Co., Ltd. In brief, RNA was extracted with Trizol reagent and quality was evaluated. The index-coded samples were clustered using a cBot Cluster Generation System with TruSeq PE Cluster Kit v3-cBot-HS (Illumina) following the manufacturer's instructions. Following cluster creation, the library preparations were sequenced using an Illumina Novaseq technology to obtain 150 bp paired end reads.
