Collect and statistically analyze the operation status of passenger elevators in Hangzhou, including fault types and quantities, as well as calculating the top three regions and causes in terms of fault quantity proportion. This aims to help elevator daily management units optimize the allocation of safety management personnel, carry out key supervision, improve the frequency and content of routine maintenance, reduce elevator safety hazards, guide all aspects of elevator production and routine maintenance operations, and assist the government in overall planning of this important component of people's livelihood infrastructure. Elevators of different types have specificity and different quality standards, so the research on fault types shall be carried out by different elevator categories. The statistical date is the time when the data packet is extracted for algorithm application, and the overall data time span is from the commissioning of the elevators to the present, so the field names shall not be limited to specific year sets. 1. Data Collection: Taking a single type of elevator as the standard, collect the total number of faults and fault types of passenger elevators in all regions of Hangzhou that have been in operation up to now via elevator IoT devices and alarm receiving platforms. 2. Data Processing: Clean, analyze and organize the collected raw data to obtain the required information, including the region where the elevator is located, fault causes and so on. Classify the fault causes based on fault maintenance and intelligent analysis. The system backend uses IF classification conditions and the SUM function to count the number and types of faults. The algorithm process is as follows: IF (Hangzhou, passenger elevator) — input serial number — if a fault is triggered, record the quantity as 1 and accumulate the records; if no fault is triggered, record the quantity as 0. The total number of faults in Hangzhou's passenger elevators = ∑ of the fault quantities of all serial-numbered passenger elevators in all regions (∑ is the summation formula symbol, not a field alias). The system performs classification, induction, operation and sorting, directly outputs the top three regions in terms of fault quantity, which are identified as high-fault regions, and directly outputs the top three causes in terms of fault quantity, which are identified as key monitoring issues for subsequent focused treatment. 3. Data Analysis: Use software to create a multi-dimensional and wide-ranging visualized regional map of the comprehensive analysis records of elevator faults, which intuitively reflects the number, regions, causes of each type of elevator fault and whether it is a high-fault area, so as to guide local elevator maintenance enterprises to reasonably adjust elevator parts procurement and carry out key supervision.
