RNA-seq for Scramble and Si-Sell-treated M1 macrophages

For the Scramble and Si-Sell groups, mature BMDMs were pre-treated with PBS or Sell siRNA (100 nM) for 24 h before being exposed to LPS (100 ng/mL) for another 24 h, with each group also having three replicates.
