Long term in-situ data from an occupied semi-detached house in the UK

<strong></strong>In-situ measurements from an occupied, semi-detached home spanning a total of 21 months, with some gaps present. The measurements include eight internal air temperatures, electricity and gas consumption, external temperature, and global horizontal solar radiation. The area-weighted average internal temperature and total power consumption are calculated, with all at 10 minute intervals. The house had been newly retrofitted with a coheating test result of 141W/K, with 10% uncertainty.
