As a candidate national flower of China, tree peony has high ornamental, medicinal and oil value. However, improvement of economic value was restricted by short flowering period and scarcity of early flowering and late flowering varieties. In this project, sequences of miRNAs, transcriptome and degradation groups were used to conduct a combined analysis of different varieties of tree peony at different flower development stages.
