Whole-cell recording and labelling of hippocampal neurons in vivo

This study has provided both intracellular recordings from single neurons and LFP recordings from the hippocampal CA1 region in head-restrained, behaving mice, along with morphological reconstructions of some of the recorded cells. This dataset complements our larger database of hippocampal neurons recorded and filled in hippocampal slices, mainly by characterizing the spontaneous and evoked physiological behavior of the cells under in vivo conditions.
