[Metadata] DiCE Sustain-a-thons – 500 reasons "why" to return electronic medical devices

To support the design of motivational strategies for the return of electonic medical devices, Sustain-a-thons (Hackathons) were organised in Belgium, Slovenia and Spain. As a first step in the design process, participants were asked to identify reasons why individuals would return their devices. The exercise generated more than 500 unique motivations. These insights formed the basis for further analysis, which led to the identification of key requirements and motivators to be incorporated into the design process.
