Promoter sequence coordinates extracted from the GTF file of GRCh38.p14 on GENCODE. Here, promoters are defined as 1kb upstream to 1kb downstream the TSS (beginning of first exon). This file contains all such sequences for Ensembl canonical transcripts of protein-coding genes.
