The cytochrome P450s as key players in acaricide metabolism in Tetranychus urticae

This project aimed to investigate gene expression changes of cytochrome P450s associated with acaricide resistance via differential gene expresson analysis on a panel of resistant and susceptible strains. To do this, illumina RNA-seq data was collected from a highly diverse panel of strains.
