Weimer run flux and micrometeorological data 2010-2012

These data were collected from 2010 - 2011. Columns of data include: ELEV - elevation treatments (HIGH, MID, LOW) VEG - vegetation cover treatment (OPEN, SHRUB, CANOPY) PLOT - replicate number JD - julian day with in year ADJ_JD - cumulative julian day beginning January 1, 2010. 366 would be January 1, 2011, etc. EGM - soil co2 efflux in grams of CO2 per m^-2 per hr^-1 FLUX - soil co2 efflux in micromoles of CO2 per m^-2 per sec^-1 TEMP - soil temperature at 12 cm in centigrade THETA - volumetric water content (%) unadjusted to soil type YEAR - collection year LOG_FLUX - the log of FLUX SQR_FLUX - the square root of FLUX
