Occurrence_data.csv is composed of data obtained through GBIF.org (accessed in May 2019) GBIF Occurrence Download (doi: https://doi.org/10.15468/dl.ndtync ; doi: https://doi.org/10.15468/dl.86wc6h) and naturalistic associations for the period 1979-2016, see Methods in the original manuscript. Lineage is mentionned in the first column:carpathian = Bombina variegata variegata 'Carpathian' pachypus = Bombina variegata pachypus scabra = Bombina variegata scabra western = Bombina variegata variegata 'Western'Climate_data is composed of data from WorldClim (https://worldclim.org/) and the 'Climatologies at high resolution for the Earth's land area' (CHELSA, http://www.chelsa-climate.org/), see Methods in the original manuscript.
