Protein expression profile of macrophages after exposure to Pseudomonas aeruginosa derived EVs

To investigate the protein expression profile of macrophages after EVs exposure, we performed TMT proteomic sequencing.The total protein expression of macrophages exhibited significant differences between exposed groups and the control group . TMT proteomics identified 6,618 proteins in macrophages. Compared to the control group, 171 differential expressed proteins (DEPs) (p<0.05, FC>1.2 or <0.83) were characterized, with 88 up-regulated and 83 down-regulated.
