3' mRNA-Seq of melon plants under three temperature conditions and virus infection

We aim to determine whether abiotic and biotic factors can influence the gene expression of melon plants. We used thermotolerant (Galia 1) vs susceptible (Galia 2) plants under three (Ta20, 26 and 32??) temperature conditions and viral (WMV) infections, along with the MOCK treatment plants. Three plants per condition were sampled after 30 days post-inoculation and pooled, having three replicates (A, B and C).
