Antibody response against Influenza and SARS-CoV-2 antigens

A protein microarray was used to measure antibody response in the plasma of mice immunized with mRNA vaccine formulations at d14 and d28 post prime immunizations (n = 53). The results demonstrate antigen- specific antibody response was elicited by a bivalent mRNA vaccine to combat Influenza and SARS-CoV-2 infections.
