loggerhead sea turtle carapace and skin diatom rbcL marker gene NGS sequencing

In this project, we investigated the diatom communities on the carapace and skin of loggerhead sea turtles. Diatom community composition was studied by next-generation sequencing of the rbcL gene barcode.
