通过配送管理系统软件采集本公司鲜肉配送部队食堂订单信息,将不同的配送订单以各食堂来划分,从而计算各个食堂每个月的配送金额数据,再计算出12个月的配送金额的方差大小,方差大小用来评价各个食堂的配送情况,从而用于评估所有部队食堂的采购和配送策略,所有企业可以通过该数据了解鲜肉在不同部队食堂的配送行情,以平衡采购和配送鲜肉数量。步骤1:通过配送管理系统软件采集本公司鲜肉配送部队食堂的订单信息,将不同的配送订单以各食堂来划分归类,从而将各年度每个月配送至食堂的金额,从一月至十二月依次用y1,y2...y12表示,并汇总计算得到各个食堂当年的总配送金额y。步骤2:计算各食堂的月平均配送金额y̅=各个食堂当年的总配送金额y/12。步骤3:根据方差公式计算方差s2={(y1-y̅)2+(y2-y̅)2+(y3-y̅)2+…+(y12-y̅)2}/12,从而得到各个食堂的月配送金额的方差s2大小。步骤4:当方差s2小于0.02评价该食堂为超平稳型食堂。当方差s2大于等于0.02并且小于等于0.05评价该食堂为一般平稳型食堂。当方差s2大于0.05评价该食堂为波动型食堂。对于超平稳型食堂,所有企业无需时时关注该食堂的行情,可每月保持好鲜肉的采购和配送数量;对于一般平稳型食堂,所有企业需每季度关注该食堂的行情,适当调整鲜肉的采购和配送数量;而对于波动型食堂,所有企业需每月时时关注该食堂行情,了解该食堂的配送行情变化,以适应大幅度调整鲜肉的采购和配送数量变化。
This dataset collects order information of fresh meat distribution to the company's military canteens through the distribution management system software. Delivery orders are classified by individual canteens, to calculate the monthly distribution amount data for each canteen, then compute the variance of the 12-month distribution amounts. The variance is used to evaluate the distribution performance of each canteen, thereby supporting the assessment of procurement and distribution strategies across all military canteens. Enterprises can leverage this data to understand the fresh meat distribution trends across different military canteens, so as to balance the quantity of fresh meat procurement and distribution.
Step 1: Collect order information of fresh meat distribution to the company's military canteens via the distribution management system software, and categorize different delivery orders by each canteen. Accordingly, the monthly distribution amounts to each canteen throughout the year are denoted as y₁, y₂, ..., y₁₂ from January to December sequentially, and the total annual distribution amount y for each canteen is obtained through aggregation.
Step 2: Calculate the monthly average distribution amount ŷ = total annual distribution amount y of each canteen / 12.
Step 3: Compute the variance s² using the standard variance formula: s² = [(y₁-ŷ)² + (y₂-ŷ)² + (y₃-ŷ)² + … + (y₁₂-ŷ)²]/12, thus acquiring the variance s² of the monthly distribution amounts for each canteen.
Step 4: Classify canteens based on the variance value: canteens with s² < 0.02 are categorized as ultra-stable canteens; those with 0.02 ≤ s² ≤ 0.05 are categorized as generally stable canteens; and those with s² > 0.05 are categorized as fluctuating canteens.
For ultra-stable canteens, enterprises do not need to monitor their trends continuously, and can maintain fixed fresh meat procurement and distribution quantities each month. For generally stable canteens, enterprises should monitor their trends quarterly and make appropriate adjustments to the quantity of fresh meat procurement and distribution. For fluctuating canteens, enterprises need to monitor their trends in real time every month, grasp the changes in their distribution trends, so as to make significant adjustments to the quantity of fresh meat procurement and distribution.
