Analysis of variance (ANOVA) of the Y ampliconic gene copy number and expression levels across haplogroups.

Conventional one-way ANOVA was performed on copy number estimates and gene expression levels to determine which ampliconic gene families vary in their copy number or gene expression significantly among major haplogroups. F-statistic is computed for one-way ANOVA. P-values that pass a Bonferroni-corrected cutoff for nine tests (0.05/9 ≈ 0.006) are highlighted in bold.
