Single cell RNA sequencing of human cortical organoids integrated with kirigami electronics.

We integrated human cortical organoids with kirigami electronics. We used single cell RNA sequencing to analyze how the integration affects corticogenesis. Human cortical organoids at day 100 of in vitro differentiation with and without the integration of kirigami electronics were dissociated and analyzed using single cell RNA sequencing.
