Bioproduction of Branched-Chain Higher Alcohols

This study was trying to develop a suitable production host for branched-chain higher alcohol based biofuel production, investigations including the designing, testing and optimization of synthetic pathway, mechanism of biofuel tolerance and systematic optimization of the production host for efficient production were carried out accordlingly.
