Single-nucleus chromatin landscape dataset of mouse PDX models of medulloblastoma

In this study, a single-nucleus assay for transposase-accessible chromatin using sequencing (snATAC-seq) was employed to generate comprehensive chromatin accessibility maps. The data were obtained from 80,273 cells derived from four distinct medulloblastoma xenografts: subcutaneous (SUB) and orthotopic (ORTH) xenograft models of the G3 and SHH subtypes of medulloblastoma.
