Private measures taken to contain the spread of COVID-19 on Christmas in Italy 2020

According to a survey conducted in Italy in November 2020, among the individuals who had the intention to spend Christmas with other people, the vast majority of them was planning to take some sort of precautionary measure against COVID-19. For instance, 70 percent of the respondents were thinking about reducing the number of people they were going to celebrate with. Another 45 percent had no intentions to leave the region or city in which they live in.
