<b>A</b><b>bstract</b><b>Purpose</b>--The purpose of this paper is to detect and compare the impact of sustainable information on 2 different products (fashion and grocery) and to explore the relationship between sustainable LMD with levels of education and disposable income. It then detects the best sustainable LMD decision for consumers.<b>D</b><b>esign/methodology/approach</b>—The triple bottom line approach offers the theoretical basis. Based on the survey of 2 between-subjects experiments, chi-square test and regression analysis were used.<b>Findings</b>--Results show that 2 types of sustainability information have significant impact on consumer’s economical attribute of LMD decision for 2 products. Consumer’s LMD decision changed into a longer delivery time, more frequent pick-ups, and some consumers with high sustainability concern are more willing to pay for a sustainable LMD. The impact of consumer’s Environmental concern on LMD decision is stronger for fashion than grocery products. The decision of sustainable LMD has no significant relationship with disposable income for both products.
