VEGFR2-mCherry trafficking in hREC pretreated with KAI and treated with VEGF.

VEGFR2-mCherry was expressed in human retinal endothelial cells (hREC) by adenoviral vector. Cells were treated with KAI peptide, which inhibit interaction between KIF13B and VEGFR2, in serum-reduced medium for 2 hours, and stimulated with VEGF. VEGFR2-mCherry trafficking was observed by live cell imaging.
