Surface objects of the INT1 bonding plates connected to the vicinity of the cemeteries and extending within a radius of 100 meters around the new cemeteries in Charente.
Within this radius, a permit is required to raise a dwelling, dig a well, restore or increase an existing building.
The wells may, after an adversarial visit of experts, be filled by order of the prefect at the request of the mayor.
Where the project concerns a construction situated less than 100 metres from a transferred cemetery, the building permit, the development permit or the decision taken on the prior declaration shall take place as soon as the decision has been approved by the mayor, if the mayor is not the competent authority to issue the permit.
