Maize Auxin Root Atlas Sequencing

Quantseq 3' mRNA sequencing analysis of B73 root zones following auxin hormone treatment. The goal of the project is to obtain transcript data relating to the effect of auxin on different sections of the maize root including the meristematic zone, elongation zone, cortex and stele.
