Draft genome sequence of Aspergillus nomius, an endophytic fungi with antifungal activity isolated from medicinal plant Andrographis paniculata. The medicinal plant A. panicualta was sourced from a nursery at Sungai Buloh on 15th Aug 2012. The Aspergillus nomius (Lab name HBR9) was isolated from the root of the plant and appear to have good antifungal activities against Furasium oxysporum (banana plant pathogen) and Ganoderma boninense (oil palm pathogen).
