资源简介:

This repository provides scientific analysis code, derived numerical inputs and reference results for evaluating annual index construction and ecological trend classification in the Yellow River Basin during 2015–2024. The data include the retained annual input panel, additional snow-screened inputs, quality and valid-area coverage fields, net primary productivity (NPP), Dynamic World built-class probabilities, and persistent CLCD land-cover transition fractions. Each annual panel contains 1,982,050 records on 198,205 fixed grid cells. Previous inputs and reference results are retained for comparison. The code implements index construction, trend estimation, sensitivity analyses, simulations, spatial bootstrap procedures, endpoint and parameter refitting, NPP and Dynamic World comparisons, and CLCD transition analysis. Numerical analyses use the supplied derived inputs and do not require Earth Engine authentication. The deposit contains 13 numbered data ZIP files, one code ZIP file and README.txt. Download all files and extract every ZIP into the same directory, retaining the folder structure. The verification command in README.txt automatically restores the complete scientific inputs and checks file integrity. Reference results and recomputed outputs are stored separately. README.txt describes installation and execution; DATA_DICTIONARY.txt, FIELD_DICTIONARY.csv and GRID_AND_SUPPORT.txt document the variables, grid and spatial supports.
