Alkenone content of sediment core SO264_51-2

Alkenones were analyzed by GC (HP-6891) fitted with a flame ionization detector (GC-FID) using Helium as carrier gas (1.5 ml min 1 constant flow).采用型号为HP-6891、搭载火焰离子化检测器（Flame Ionization Detector，FID，即GC-FID）的气相色谱仪（Gas Chromatography，GC）对烯酮类化合物（Alkenones）进行分析，以氦气作为载气，维持1.5 mL·min⁻¹的恒流流速。
