Raw data for “Mechanistic study of notopterol exerting anti–triple-negative breast cancer effects by regulating indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase via JAK2.”

This dataset systematically compiles the IC₅₀ values of notopterol and isoimperatorin for inhibiting kynurenine production. It also includes data on the effects of notopterol in combination with JAK/STAT and NF-κB pathway inhibitors on kynurenine production and cytotoxicity, as well as its effects on IDO1 mRNA expression and JAK2 kinase activity. In addition, the dataset contains raw Western blot data from three independent experiments illustrating the concentration- and time-dependent effects of notopterol on the tryptophan pathway, JAK/STAT signaling, and NF-κB signaling pathways.
