This replication package contains the data and code required to reproduce the empirical and quantitative results reported in the paper “Does financial regulation inhibit corporate shadow banking? Evidence from China's new asset management regulations.”
The package includes:
1.The raw data contains all the original data of this paper;
2.The final analysis data used for the empirical analysis;
3.The data management code includes all programs required to clean, merge, and transform raw data into analysis data;
4. The analysis code for reproducing all empirical tables and figures;
5. The file of Tables_Figures includes regression tables and figures generated by the analysis code.
