To study the effect of blockade of canonical aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AHR) pathway in human endothelial cells, we treated human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) with a canonical AHR inhibitor, Stemreginin 1 (SR1) and performed bulk RNAseq analysis. Overall design: Samples were derived from 3 individual patients. Cells from each patient were treated with either 1: 10, 000 DMSO (vehicle), or 0.5uM SR1 in 1: 10, 000 DMSO. After 48 hours, RNA samples were collected for comparisons.
