“基于动态计算的人类蛋白质科学高质量数据”是孝感思创通过合理渠道、合规收集蛋白质原始数据后，进行数据预处理、分子动力学模拟而建立的蛋白质动态数据集。该数据集一方面可以为基础生命科学研究提供生命过程的机理机制解释，以及为药物研究提供更为全面的药物靶点信息，在新药研发、老药新用、药物脱靶等研究领域有所建树；另一方面，可以为生物AI模型提供训练数据，构建能够预测蛋白质真实的、动态三维结构的生物模型。

"High-Quality Human Protein Science Data Based on Dynamic Computation" is a dynamic protein dataset developed by Xiaogan Sichuang. Raw protein data was collected via legitimate, regulatory-compliant channels, followed by data preprocessing and molecular dynamics simulations to construct this dataset. On one hand, this dataset can provide mechanistic explanations of life processes for basic life science research, and deliver more comprehensive drug target information for pharmaceutical research, making meaningful contributions to research domains including new drug development, drug repurposing, and drug off-target effects. On the other hand, it can serve as training data for biological AI models, enabling the development of biological models capable of predicting the authentic, dynamic three-dimensional structures of proteins.
