Golden perch Macquaria ambigua DArT genotypes

Genome-wide SNP markers for 66 golden perch individuals of known sex (file GOP_Report_DMacq18-3638_sexing.csv), metadata for genotyping file (DART_Metadata_GOP.txt) and a covariate file for analyses using dartr package with geographic and sex data for each individual (file GOP_covariates_confident_gp_with_gonad_weights_genetic_sexing.csv).
