We analyze genome-wide gene expression response of Saccharomyces cerevisiae to sequential reduction of RAP1 levels. We compared yeast with wildtype RAP1 level with yeast with three levels of decreased RAP1 expression using the TET off system and differing amounts of doxycycline in the growth media.
