Meta analysis of the impact of traditional Chinese sports on sarcopenia and its complications in the elderly

In view of this, this study used meta-analysis to conduct a comprehensive and systematic quantitative review of previous related studies, comprehensively quantifying the improvement effect of TCE on muscle strength, mass, and physical function in elderly patients with sarcopenia and its complications, and clarifying the optimal intervention parameters of TCE through its dose-response relationship; At the same time, we will delve into the potential mechanisms of TCE intervention efficacy from physiological, biochemical, and other perspectives, in order to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the design of relevant clinical trials and the formulation of exercise prescriptions.
