Jurkat T cells were infected with barcoded HIV-1, and the resulting polyclonal pool was analyzed to identify factors contributing to burst size variation among HIV-1 infected cell clones. Overall design: Amplicon-seq of barcoded HIV-1 present in cellular chromosomal DNA, cellular total and affinity capture RNA, and extracellular viral RNA.
