Potential Use of Industrial Revolution 4.0 Technology In Indonesia's Agricultural Sector

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 which began to be discussed in 2016, had a huge impact on the sustainability of human life and how it affected the economic, social, and environmental fields. Various sectors have begun to adjust their activities by utilizing the use of automation combined with the Internet network so as to provide more efficient and effective results, as well as productive ones, and are part of the Internet of Things (IoT). The Industrial Revolution 4.0 is an opportunity to be applied to the agricultural sector in Indonesia where food needs will continue to increase along with population growth and the decreasing availability of agricultural land.
