The presence of hypertension could likely reduce the HRQoL of PWH. We aimed to compare HRQoL scores of PWH with and without hypertension on long term (ART) in Uganda using a generic EQ-5D- 5L and MOS-HIV questionnaires. We evaluated 308 persons (149 hypertensive PWH vs 159 non-hypertensive PWH) in the ART long term cohort at an urban clinic in Kampala, Uganda.
