Plesiomonas shigelloides strain OnGT2 was isolated in Mar-2011 from a fish in Petrolina - BRazil. The objective of this project is to carry out the characterization of bacterial pathogens obtained from aquatic organisms and their environment, in order to determine the virulence profile and sensitivity to antimicrobial drug patterns.
