Overview This repository contains the numerical simulation data accompanying the article "Quantum to classical relaxation dynamics of the dissipative Rydberg gas". Authors: Viktoria Noel and Igor Lesanovsky File Formats The dataset contains two file formats: - **.npz** — NumPy compressed archives (Python). Each file stores one or more named arrays and can be loaded with `numpy.load()`. - **.jld2** — Julia HDF5-based data files (JLD2 package). These can be read with the `JLD2.jl` package in Julia or with `h5py` in Python. Reproducing the Figures The plotting notebook `paper_plots.ipynb` and accompanying analysis module `plotting_analysis.py` reproduce all figures in the manuscript from the data files.
