Raw SAXS data for partially neutralized poly(acrylic) acid in semidilute regime
收藏资源简介:
SAXS experiments were performed at the BIOCEV centre (Vestec, Czech Republic) with a SAXSpoint 2.0 instrument (Anton Paar, Austria) equipped with an Excillum MetalJet C2+ X-ray source and with an Eiger R 1M detector (Dectris, Switzerland). The active area of the detector and the pixel size were 79.9 mm x 77.2 mm and 75 um x 75 um, respectively. The wavelength of the X-ray source was 0.1348 nm. Measurements were conducted at $20˚C in a 1 mm silicon nitride cell at the sample-to-detector distance of 0.82 m, corresponding to the scattering vector range from 0.04 to 4 nm^{-1}. SAXS curves were obtained by azimuthal averaging of scattering patterns for the sample and the solvent and subtracting the solvent intensities from those for the samples. The temperature was controlled using a TCStage 150 temperature controller. The datasets are published as a whole, including information about absorbance, temperature stability, snapshots of the sample cell during measurement. The description of particular measured samples (concentration of PAA ionizable units, degree of ionization estimated using Henderson-Hasselbalch equation, measured pH) is in SAXS_samples_description.ods This repository contains four archives, measured during 2023-2024. The treatable data on scattering intensities of the respective samples, water, and empty cell, are stored in the respecive subdirectories yymmdd/processing/reduced
