A dataset of carbon and water fluxes of the shrubland ecosystem at Yanchi natural shrubland site from 2011 to 2020

The raw observation data were collected using the eddy covariance technique at the Yanchi natural shrubland site in Ningxia from 2011 to 2020. Based on the ChinaFLUX data processing specifications, the raw observation data were processed to get this standardized dataset of ecosystem carbon and water fluxes and key meteorological elements. In the dataset, the data for each year includes 8 Excel data files, divided into two categories: LITE, which includes major fluxes and meteorological variables, and ALL, which adds data quality and interpolation indicators on the basis of LITE. Each category has four data files, including data files at four scales: half-hour (HH), day (DD), month (MM), and year (YY).
