Our findings reveal the upregulation of the JAK1 pathway in both VKH patients and EAU models, providing a comprehensive map of the immune cells impacted by UPA treatment. Our investigation identifies ISG15+ CD4TC, CD8TC and BC, as potentially pathogenic factors involved in the development of uveitis, and demonstrates that UPA administration can reduce the frequency of these cells and related gene transcription
