Elementary sections of water body watercourse - Mayotte - Version State of the Places 2019

The basic section of water body watercourse meets two objectives. First, to detail the composition of the body of water streams in elementary sections located above or below the surface (in the same way as the BDCarthage). The geometry of the topic Surface water mass / Rivers is then the aggregation of the elementary sections that compose it.
It also makes it possible to ensure the continuity of the network of water bodies by creating fictitious sections crossing bodies of water body, coastal or transitional but also by making it possible to ensure the connection of water bodies via tributaries present in the hydrographic network of the BDCarthage but not identified as forming part of a water body with regard to the rules for the constitution of the water body reference system.
If this section corresponds to an elementary section present in the BDCarthage, this element will inherit the characteristics of the elementary hydrographic section in question.
