Raw 3D confocal imaging data of podocyte membranes from manually sectioned renal tissue from a Myo1e +/Flox ROSA +/mTmG Podocin-Cre +/Tg transgenic mouse. Tissue from Myo1e +/Flox ROSA +/mTmG Podocin-Cre +/Tg transgenic mice exhibits membrane localized EGFP in podocytes and membrane localized tdTomato across all other cell types. The tissue in this image was bisectioned and subsequently sectioned into several smaller tissue sections.
